Hi, I’m Megan.
I'm a Certified Nutrition Coach, Behavior Change Specialist, and founder of Melioration with Megan LLC.

But before any of that, I was exhausted, undernourished, and constantly stuck in cycles of trying to “be healthy” without anything actually sticking. For years, I battled disordered eating and had no real system to support my energy.

Learning how to eat in a way that supported my goals, my hormones, and my nervous system completely changed the way I showed up in the world. That’s when I knew I wanted to help other women do the same.
